SUNDAY, JULY 17
Vacation Bible School will be held July 17-21 at Bethel Hill Baptist Church for grades pre-K to 6 from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

The descendants of James Monroe Redmon will gather at Keltonburg CIC for a covered dish meal at 12:30 p.m.

TUESDAY, JULY 19
Central High School’s class of 1952 will be having its monthly get-together at Nana’s Kountry Kupboard at 12:30 p.m.

FRIDAY, JULY 22
A food drive will be held Friday evening at the Main Street Live concert. Veteran organizations will have collection boxes there to accept non-perishable food items.

SATURDAY, JULY 23
The annual hamburger supper and auction will be held at Centertown CIC at 5 p.m. Games for kids at 5:30 p.m. and auction at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $6 for adults and $3 for kids. Donations of items for auction is appreciated. Carry-outs are available. Call 939-4346 or 939-2952.

A motorcycle ride to benefit Warren County Food Bank will meet at the office at 314 Morford Street, leaving at 9 a.m. Cost is $20 and riders get a T-shirt. For information, call James at 235-4198.

A community dinner will be held for Kade Campbell, 11, who had two large masses removed at Vanderbilt. The spaghetti dinner begins at 4 p.m., followed by a cake walk, silent auction, Bingo, and raffles. All money will benefit Kade. The event will be held at Beersheba Community Center in Beersheba Springs. Call 668-2353 for more information.

Blues Hill Cumberland Presbyterian Church at 7292 Short Mountain Road will have a potluck dinner July 24 at noon. Singing starts at 1 p.m. with the Harmony Echoes.

The reunion of the descendants of Elder Felix Cantrell and wife Mary Luna Cantrell will be held July 24 at Midway CIC. Bring food for noon meal.

Vacation Bible School will be held July 25-29 from 6 to 8 p.m. nightly at Dayspring Community Church at 4295 Smithville Highway. Friday night will feature a cookout and petting zoo. The event is for children ages 6 to 12. For information, call 808-9944.
The annual decoration day at Smyrna Cemetery will be held Saturday, July 30 with business meeting at 12:30 p.m. and auction to follow.
The Cooper Cemetery Association will hold its annual meeting Saturday, July 30, at 10 a.m. All those interested in upkeep of the cemetery are encouraged to attend. The meeting is held at Cooper Cemetery in Pocahontas. In case of rain, the meeting will be held in the community center. Shiloh United Methodist Church will hold its annual Friends and Family Day on July 31 from 11 a.m. to noon. Worship service will include The Caravan Singers. A fellowship meal will follow services.
