Campbell, Weddington announce engagement

Mary Elizabeth Campbell of Pelham will become the bride of John R. Weddington Jr. on Feb. 14 in a ceremony planned to take place at Campground Free Will Baptist Church in Pelham. The couple is welcoming all friends and family to the 7 p.m. nuptials. 
The bride-elect is the daughter of Willene Nunley Campbell and the late Paul Campbell of Pelham. Her grandparents are the late Everett and Lela Woodlee Campbell of Coalmont, and Luke and Mollie Coffelt Nunley of Pelham. 
Her fiancé is the son of John R. and Billie Jones Weddington. He is the grandson of the late Luther “Blue” and Maggie Hillis Weddington, and the late Wesley and Maudie Jaco Jones.
Miss Campbell is a graduate of Grundy County High School, and has attended various banking schools. She is employed as an assistant vice president with Citizens Tri-County Bank at Altamont. 
Mr. Weddington graduated from Warren County High School, and is employed with Watson’s Auto Sales in Cookeville as a service technician. They both attend Campground Free Will Baptist Church.
