Billy Dycus of Manchester was employed at the Bridgestone-Warren plant for 20 years as a tire builder. Billy progressed through the United Steelworkers Union, Local 1155L, in leadership roles including six years as the local president. In early October 2015, Billy was elected as president of the AFL-CIO for Tennessee with a modern facility at 1901 Lindell Avenue in Nashville and a capable support staff.
