The parents of Marianne Cody Borden and William Andrew Harrell announce their children’s engagement and forthcoming marriage. The bride-elect is the daughter of David and Carol Netherton of Cookeville, and the late Ken Borden. She is the granddaughter of the late Harold and Ithiel Harrison, and the late Edd and Olyne Borden.
