Beauties capture pageant crowns

Seventeen-year-old Kaitlin Nicole Lawrence was named Miss Nursery Capital in the annual events held at Warren County High School Saturday. Kaitlin is the daughter of David and Dena Upton. She also was named Most Photogenic, received prettiest smile and best dress accolades.
Miss Nursery Capital royal court members include Katie Sue Haggard, first runner-up, daughter of David and Vicki Haggard; Kelsey Taylor Lawrence, second runner-up and prettiest eyes, daughter of David and Dena Upton; and  Meagan Renee Sandlin, third runner-up, and daughter of Kevin and Kim Sandlin.
Andrea Fisher, daughter of Jamie and John Fisher won the prettiest hair award, and Alexis Nicole Miller, daughter of J.D. and Joanna Miller, was the People’s Choice recipient.

Teen Miss Nursery Capital
Earning the title of Teen Miss Nursery Capital is Micah Paige Willis. The 15-year-old is the daughter of Don and Sherri Willis. She was also named Most Photogenic and won the best dress category.
First runner-up honors went to Madeleine Brummitt, daughter of Chad and Vicky Brummitt. Kaylee Paige Dixon, daughter of Misti and Chad Hillis, and Lang Dixon, was named second runner-up, and received the prettiest hair award. Third runner-up honors went to Baylee Ashlyn Nester, daughter of Gary and Tracy Nester.
Optional winners include Lydia Townsend, daughter of Clifford and Susan Townsend, prettiest smile; and Darrin Lanay Turner, daughter of Shane and Regina Turner, prettiest eyes. The People’s Choice Award was earned by Sarah Ann Ward, daughter of Steve and Amy Ward.

Preteen Miss Nursery Capital
The Preteen Miss Nursery Capital title was awarded to Hunter Nicole Bohanan, 11, daughter of Billy and Avasa Bohanan. She was also awarded Most Photogenic, People’s Choice and best dress honors. Joining her in the court are Sarah Grace Rains, daughter of Johnny and Tonya Rains, first runner-up, prettiest smile and prettiest hair; and Grace Annalee Brummitt, daughter of Chad and Vicky Brummitt, second runner-up, and prettiest eyes.

Little Miss Nursery Capital

Little Miss Nursery Capital honors went to Bella Paul Hartwig, 9, daughter of Shane and Tiffany Hartwig. She also earned prettiest eyes and best dress awards. Royal court members are Kaydee Elizabeth Rains, daughter of Johnny and Tonya Rains, first runner-up, People’s Choice and prettiest smile; and Arista Isabella Rigsby, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Rigsby, second runner-up, Most Photogenic and prettiest hair.
Tiny Miss Nursery Capital

Claiming the title of Tiny Miss Nursery Capital is Aspen Tai Adams, 6, daughter of Lee and Jamie Adams. She also won the prettiest smile award. Court members are Brooklyn Jade Turner, 4, daughter of Kevin and Amanda Turner, first runner-up, prettiest eyes and best dress; and Paisley Wanamaker, 6, second runner-up, daughter of Shelley Wanamaker and Matthew Wanamaker.
Other winners include Most Photogenic Autumn Brooke Wilson, daughter of Daniel and Heather Wilson; People’s Choice Sadie Kate Prater, daughter of Kevin and Candace Prater; and Elaina Bryce Turner, daughter of Shane and Regina Turner, prettiest hair.
The pageants are a fundraiser for the Miss Country Sunshine Pageants, and were emceed by former Miss Country Sunshine Caroline Carter. Also in attendance were 2013 Miss Country Sunshine Maria Shepherd, Outstanding Teen Courtney Miller and Teen Princess Alyssa Ledbetter.
