The windows of Renewed Creations on Main Street offer a glimpse into the wonder and magic that lies behind its doors.

A Christmas spectacular was created within the two display windows in an effort to spread holiday cheer, says owner Jennifer Bond.

“Both of these windows we covered the day after Halloween and it took us about two weeks to complete the displays,” she said. “We put up curtains and would work all day long and into the evenings. Every year we do something different. We’ve already begun thinking about next year’s Christmas windows.”

Constructed are five to six big window displays each year with simple displays in between.

“We are about to start a Valentine’s window,” said Bond. “We love constructing these windows. It’s a lot of work, but it is fun.”

Main Street McMinnville Design Committee members selected it for the You Caught Our Eye Award for the exceptional holiday display.

“This store is gorgeous, just gorgeous,” said Rachel Killebrew, Design Committee member. “I am so excited about this end of town. It is coming alive. With this store and Fraley’s. It’s just beautiful now. It’s good for shopping and easy to get to with the walk-thru from the back parking lot.

Renewed Creations is located at 213 E. Main Street. Offered is custom painted furniture, Blackberry house paint, home décor, gifts and seasonal items. The store also carries products from 12 local artisans and vendors.
