When it comes to selling homes, there’s none better than Meadows Homes right here in McMinnville.

That busy workload helped Meadows Homes of McMinnville earn the recognition as the company’s 2019 Sales Center of the Year.

Home sales are often an indicator of the overall economic climate. Meadows Homes of McMinnville general manager Rob Steg says sales remain strong in 2020.

“Sales are good right now because lending is good,” said Steg. “I see no signs of it letting up.”

Steg says Meadows Homes, located at 4651 Manchester Highway, has homes for every price range.

“We cater to customers from $30,000 all the way up to $250,000,” said Steg. “When you reach the $250,000 price range, you’re talking about crane-set modular homes that are very nice.”

Rob and his wife Amy are longtime residents of Warren County and are actively involved in the community. Their two sons, Bradley and Brandon, both graduated from Warren County High School.
