Bliss Zechman of McMinnville has been named to the winter 2013 dean’s list at Belmont University. Eligibility is based on a minimum course load of 12 hours and a GPA of 3.5 or above.Miss Zechman, a 2013 graduate of Warren County High School, is the daughter of Christie Zechman and the granddaughter of Bill and Patricia Zechman of McMinnville, and Edley Ramsey and the late Charles “Buck” Ramsey of Manchester.
