A 62-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included on the docket:
• Barry Cole was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,100 plus costs, attend DUI class, and perform 24 hours public service work for third offense DUI. He had his driver license revoked for three years.
• Timothy Coppinger was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs, and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI.
• Anselma Gonzalez was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs, and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a suspended license.
• Corey Thomas was bound to the grand jury on charges of fifth-offense driving on a revoked license and violation of habitual traffic offender status.
• Oscar Miller was ordered to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $750 plus costs, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and possession of drugs.
• Marco Lozada was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $360 plus costs, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and driving without a license.
• Paul Martin and John Puckett were directed to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work, and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.
• Jamie Lynn was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense driving on a suspended license.
• Robert Mackie was bound to the grand jury on the charge of reckless endangerment.
• Zachary Shinaberry must serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.
• Gary Barton must pay $50 plus costs for leaving the scene of an accident.
• Kelid Whitaker must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption.
• Hermis Agular, Melissa Schaefer, Anthony Hamilton and Alfonzo Guzman must pay $10 plus cost for driving without a license.
• Robert Hill must serve 48 hours for failure to appear to serve jail time.
