A 24-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Robert Ratte was ordered to serve 40 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for resisting arrest and making 911 calls in a non-emergency situation. He has been warned not to make any more non-emergency calls.• Travis Hawkins was bound to the grand jury on charges of domestic assault and vandalism.• Billy D. Adams was bound to the grand jury on charges of theft over $10,000, theft and driving on a revoked license.Curtis Crumb was bound to the grand jury on four counts of delivery of drugs.• Adam Elrod was bound to the grand jury on charges of burglary and grand theft.• Lisa Childers was bound to the grand jury on charges of burglary and grand theft.• Barry Barton must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Charles E. Bell must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Brandon Roach must serve 90 days and have his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.• William Rambo must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
