General Sessions Judge Bill Locke issued sentences Thursday for violators ranging from drunk drivers to those unlicensed to get behind the wheel. Included in Traffic Court action:• Edwin Perez Davila was ordered to serve five days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Aaron Scott Fann was instructed to serve 48 hours, pay $400 plus costs, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.• Andrew J. Kennamer was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Aimee Sue Lafevers was bound to the grand jury on the charge of attempted casual exchange of marijuana.• Aaron Jacob Talbert was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $50 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for evading arrest.• Melody Sue Perez was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose her license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Timmy Jay Barnes was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a revoked license.• Jeremy Brandon Mayfield was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a revoked license.• Kayla Lashawn Simpson was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a revoked license.• Brandon Lee Roach was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a revoked license.• Shianne Noelle Earnest was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must pay $50 plus costs, undergo a drug and alcohol assessment and perform 24 hours public service work for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Jimmy Houston McCormick was ordered to serve 10 days of a six-month sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Otilio G. Garcia was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose driving privileges for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Gabriel Ontiveros must pay $50 plus costs for violation of the open container law.• Rafael Ramirez Lopez, Richard Wendel Fuson, Antonio Vargas Rivera and Elieser Celaya Ramos must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Shianne Noelle Earnest had her probation revoked for violating her probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Jacob James Damon must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
