A 19-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Trial Court. Included in court action:• Timothy Patrick was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $50 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Chelsea Jones was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose her driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a revoked license, failure to appear in court and violation of probation.• Michael Dinovo was directed to serve seven days of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for resisting arrest and driving on a revoked license.• Justin Aughinbaugh was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI by allowance.• Richard Cathey was bound to the grand jury on charges of violation of habitual traffic offender status and driving on a revoked license.• Richard Lee was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $75 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for theft. He was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.• Joshua Self was ordered to serve 10 days of a six-month sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license and reckless endangerment.• Jordan Grissom was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $450 plus costs, perform 24 hour public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.• Sarah Grizzle was ordered to serve five days and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.• Christopher Grissom must pay $10 plus costs for leaving the scene of an accident.• Misty Ferrell and Matthew Sullivan must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Ricky Willis must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
