A 38-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Robert Seymore was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for fourth-offense driving on a suspended license.• Guadalupe Miller was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs, perform 16 hours public service work and lose his driver license for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, underage DUI, and driving on a suspended license.• Cody Earls was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Michael Ledbetter was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Justin Pendergraph was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Clayton Boyd Goins was bound to the grand jury on charges of DUI and driving on a revoked license.• Linda Faye Johnson was bound to the grand jury on charges of DUI and possession of drugs.• Steven Wimberly was bound to the grand jury on charges of DUI and driving an off-road ATV on the roadway.• Lakesha M. Jones must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.• Dustin Hirzel, Cynthia McBride, Jessica Scott, Kurtis Turner, Anthony K. Myers, Heriberto Perez, Porfirdio Valerio and Heather Jones were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a driver license.• Randell Streeval must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
