Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in court action:Mary A. Schoonover was ordered to serve eight days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose her driver license for one year for DUI.Rosalio P. Rodriguez and Keyshu Markesha Palmer were instructed to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.William W. Simons was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.Juan P. Vanloo was bound to the grand jury on the charge of alteration of registration and driving on a suspended license. He must serve 10 days for failure to appear in court.Keiffer Gentry Bain was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must forfeit his weapon for unlawful possession of a weapon and driving on a revoked license. He must also pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year.Keith Dustin Barrett was granted a six-month judicial diversion and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.Jason L. Reece was issued an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.Jose Macedonio Lopez, Marco A. Martinez, Jeremiah Brooks, Rodney Casbon, Jose Emigdio Vazquez and Cesar Lara Ocampo must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.Joseph Robert Hale must serve three days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
