General Sessions Judge Bill Locke heard a full docket Thursday in General Session Traffic Court. Included in court action:
• Kenneth Leedom was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $850 plus costs, attend DUI class, and lose his driver license for one year for possession marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI and driving on a revoked license.
• Jerry Lee was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth, possession of meth by driving, and driving on a suspended license.
• Cory Sydenstricker was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence, ordered to pay $150 plus costs, perform 25 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Terry Tate was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class, and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.
• Jessica Elkins was directed to serve five days, perform 16 hours public service work, and pay $50 plus costs for criminal impersonation and second-offense driving on a suspended license.
• Brianna Wolf was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,350 plus costs, attend DUI class, and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment and lose her driver license for one year for possession of drugs, and drug paraphernalia and DUI.
• Jonathan Heath was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of marijuana and DUI.
• Kendra Hillis was bound to the grand jury on charges of DUI and fourth-offense driving on a suspended license.
• Ismael Ortega was instructed to serve 15 days for driving without a license.
• Hoss Stith was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.
• Miranda Varkve was given a six-month probationary sentence and must make $80 restitution for passing a worthless check and driving without a license.
• Maria Sanchez, Christopher Bolin and Misty Brumley must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
