BOLIVAR, Tenn. (AP) — The fatal shooting of an 18-year-old Bolivar man by his twin brother is described as accidental.

Jeremy Williams was struck in the head by a bullet fired from a .380 caliber pistol in his home. He was airlifted to the Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, but died the next morning, according to The Jackson Sun.

No charges were filed. Bolivar Police Chief Bill Irons says Jarmall Williams was playing with the gun when it discharged, striking his brother.

The brothers were identical twins, born five minutes apart.
