Eating a mouthful of marijuana will cost a man 75 days in jail.William Cordell Miller, 27, entered guilty pleas before General Sessions Judge Bill Locke this past week to charges of possession of marijuana and violation of probation. He was ordered to serve 75 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $250 plus costs. The charge of tampering with evidence was dropped as part of his plea bargain.Miller was stopped by McMinnville Police Sgt. Ben Cantrell who knew there was an outstanding warrant for violation of probation against Miller.
