NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — All of West Tennessee is under a tornado watch as storms push past Memphis and rumble eastward, dropping heavy rain.

The storm system is the same one that killed at least three people as it spun up tornadoes in Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Before dawn Friday, the National Weather Service issued a tornado warning after a tornado was indicated by radar near Bolivar. There were no immediate reports of touchdown.

Storms are pushing northeast and additional weather watches and possible warnings were anticipated.

The storm blew through Memphis with some straight line winds, but there were no reports of serious damage.
