GALLATIN, Tenn. (AP) — A Gallatin father has been accused of fatally shooting his son.
Gallatin police spokesman Bill Storment tells news outlets that officers responding to a shooting inside a home on Sunday afternoon found 29-year-old Darrel Lauderdale Jr. dead from a gunshot wound.
Authorities say the victim's father, 55-year-old Darrel Lauderdale Sr., is being charged with first-degree murder. It is unclear whether he has an attorney.
