Stanley sentences five

Sentences were handed down by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley for crimes ranging from drug possession to moving violations. Included in court sentences:• Andrew DePriest was ordered to serve 60 days of a two-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs, and perform 50 hours public service work for delivery of marijuana.• John Thomas Brymer was ordered to serve 180 days of a two-year sentence, and pay $2,000 plus costs for promoting the manufacture of meth.• Misty Prater was granted a three-year judicial diversion and must pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for delivery of drugs.• Ernest Dodd was given an 11-29 sentence to run concurrent with other sentences he is serving on new charges of evading arrest, resisting arrest, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.• Joseph Sullivan was given an 11-29 sentence to be served at 75 percent and must perform 16 hours public service work and lose his license for second-offense driving on a revoked license.
