For more than three decades, the Southern Standard has organized Share A Christmas Dinner, a holiday program aimed at providing a full-course meal to those in need. Last year, more than 600 Share food boxes were distributed to needy families in our community. The boxes are filled with enough food for a family feast, including eggs, milk, bread, chicken, vegetables, and dessert items.
