A man caught in the buff with a 14-year-old runaway faces statutory rape charges.The man, Peter K. McChesney, 20, could face one to two years in prison on both felony counts. He stands charged for two alleged sexual encounters with the underage girl. He has waived his right to a preliminary hearing and has been bound to the grand jury.McChesney was arrested when Sheriff’s Sgt. Jason Walker arrived at a residence on Clements Road looking for the runaway girl.
