The British man accused of making a Facebook threat which prompted over 2,900 Warren County students to stay home from school last week will be in jail for the next month. The suspect, Reece Elliott, 24, was refused bail for the second time in a week when he appeared before bench chairman Dorothy Gibson on Wednesday. His first try for bond on Monday was also denied by the South Tyneside Magistrate Court even after his attorney argued the father of one had no passport and no inclination to travel to Warren County.Elliott’s next scheduled hearing is March 13, meaning he will remain held until that time given the fact he has no bond.Elliott has been behind bars in his native England after he was arrested at his mother’s South Shields home last Friday. Investigators traced the Facebook threat back to his account with lawmen seizing a phone and computer during their raid of his mother’s flat.
