Locke hears 14-person traffic court docket

A 14-person docket was heard Thursday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke during General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in traffic court action:• Timothy Gudger was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $3,560, attend DUI court and DUI school and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and possession of drugs.• Scott Bell was instructed to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $504, perform 16 hours public service work and lose his driver license for two years for third-offense driving on a revoked license and violation of probation.• Brandon Robbins was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm during a felony and DUI.• Ronald Blevins was ordered to serve 30 days of a six-month sentence, pay $1,208 and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a suspended license and driving without insurance.• Jasmine Jones was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $504 and lose her driver license for two years for second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Lois Cunningham was bound to the grand jury on the charge of possession of marijuana.• Sheila Nolan was bound to the grand jury on charges of second-offense DUI and public intoxication.• Sonya Lance, Alan Norton and Lisa Davis were ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,109, attend DUI school, perform 24 hours public service work and lose their driver license for one year for DUI.• Chad Bradshaw must serve 48 hours and pay $424 for driving without a license.• Michael Woodlee was directed to serve 48 hours and have his probation extended by three months for second-offense driving on a suspended license and violation of probation.
