The measure to liquidate 101 water customers of the city of McMinnville and sell them to Warren County Utility District will soon be under consideration by the McMinnville Board of Mayor and Aldermen. Water Department director Anthony Pelham says he has received a written proposal for the purchase, the blessings of State Revolving Loan Fund, and the measure should be under consideration by the full board May 24.“I know it has taken some time but we did get a response back from SRF in regard to Rolling Hills. Basically, short and sweet, they found no issue with the proposed sale,” Pelham said.
