Unless otherwise indicated, county meetings are held at the Warren County Administrative Building located at 201 Locust Street and city meetings are held at City Hall located at 101 E. Main Street.

Monday, Sept. 11

The county Safety Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. at Warren County EMS Station, located at 103 Magness Drive. AMB, a national ambulance billing firm, is slated to be in attendance to provide an update.

Tuesday, Sept. 12

The county Financial Management Committee will meet at 3:30 p.m. to award bid for bridge replacement on Old Shelbyville Road over Small Branch.

The county Health and Welfare Committee will meet at 5 p.m. to receive August reports from Animal Control and Adoption Center, Health Department, and Sanitation Department.

The city Streets and Sanitation Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. Two items are on the agenda: 1) Discuss STBG consultant selection for signalization improvements on 70S and Vervilla Road/ Morrison Street; 2) Discuss chronic drainage issues.
McMinnville’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen will hold its regular session at 7 p.m. to consider four items of business: 1) Resolution to authorize the city to name Nolan Ming as code official; 2) An ordinance to allow donations to local nonprofit organizations; 3) An ordinance to create McMinnville Tourism Development Board and adopt its bylaws; 4) An ordinance to adopt the hotel tax levy.
