Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in Traffic Court.
Michael D. Fernandez was ordered to serve 12 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for driving on a revoked license and theft.
Jamie Sue Ferrell was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a suspended license and first-offense DUI.
Clifton Duane Hennessee was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for failure to appear and theft of merchandise.
Brandon Eugene Locke was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence and fined $750 for possession of meth and violation of probation.
John Miller was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense DUI. He will be allowed to serve his time on house arrest.
Lindsey A. Sughrue must serve 28 days of an 11-29 sentence for first-offense DUI.
Aaron T. Travers was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense DUI. He must pay a $600 fine and have his driver license revoked for two years.
Jeremy Scott Vann was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license.
Samantha Brewer was ordered to serve 50 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a suspended license.
Richard Cathey was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for third-offense driving on a revoked license.
Travis D. Delong was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $600 fine for second-offense DUI.
Jacob Allen Driver and Jared Dillon Redmon were ordered to serve 48 hours for driving on a suspended license.
Joshua A. Fincher was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license.
Kacey Ghrist was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear.
Kenneth Marx Jr., Miranda Nicole Moore, and Marilyn Elaine Strayn were ordered to serve 48 hours of six-month sentences for driving on a revoked license.
The following people were sentenced for first-offense DUI. They must serve 48 hours of 11-month, 29-day sentences, pay a $350 fine and have their driver license revoked for one year. They are Jennifer R. Mabe, Jeremiah L. Brimer, and Dottie Lightfoot.
Marcus Brandon Mott was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for first-offense DUI and second-offense driving on a revoked license.
Alan D. Norton was ordered to serve 135 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $1,100 fine for third-offense DUI. He can serve his time on house arrest.
Jeffery Kyle Phillips was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence for simple possession and first-offense DUI.
