Sentences were handed down by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:Jeffery Lee Anest was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $650 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.Jason Butcher was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $750 plus costs and will be granted a judicial diversion for possession of meth. The diversion means he can have his criminal record erased once his probation is done.Tyler Mitchell Barnes was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus cost, lose his driver license for one year and forfeit his weapon for driving on a suspended license and possession of a weapon.
