A probationer who was busy yelling at his probation officer, denying he was trying to cheat on his drug test had the evidence fall from his pant leg.The suspect, Donald Carl Stewart, 34, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and has been bound to the grand jury on the charge of using a device to falsify a drug test.Probation officers became suspicious when Stewart was able to produce his urine sample very quickly upon walking into the bathroom. “He was acting very nervously,” the warrant against Stewart reads. The probation officers, suspecting something was amiss, told Stewart to give up whatever device he had on his person.“He had on underwear and then a pair of boxers over them,” the warrant maintains. “The officers observed a bottle in his shorts.”The probationer became verbally belligerent and began denying he had anything on him.“While he was yelling at the officers, a clear bottle fell from his pant leg,” the warrant reads. The officers took possession of the bottle and found it contained synthetic urine, the type which is used to cheat drug tests.
