A new contract is in the works between Warren County Schools and Durham School Services. The proposal from Durham is for $1.52 million. “As you are aware, we were told by the state comptroller’s office that we cannot renegotiate our contract as planned with Durham School Services for our bus service due to their ruling or definition that it was not a professional service,” said Director of Schools Bobby Cox to members of the School Board on Thursday night.
