Fault is yet to be determined in a two-vehicle collision on Smithville Highway. According to McMinnville Police Department’s report, the Mustang’s driver, Elizabeth Hillis, took a left turn from Plaza Shopping Center and the driver a Chevy Silverado, Reuben Watson, took a left turn from a parking lot across the street.
