McMinnville Police Department has requested assistance in locating 76-year-old Jack Miller. He is a white, male resident of a downtown assisted living facility who has walked off and has not been found.

He was last seen in the downtown area around 8 a.m. Wednesday morning wearing a plaid shirt, black jeans and white shoes. He suffers from dementia and diabetes.

As of 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, Miller had not been located despite an all-day search from the air and ground.

McMinnville firefighters were going door-to-door around the city Wednesday afternoon with a picture and asking residents if they had seen Mr. Miller. Off-duty firefighters were called in for the search. Additionally, an airplane searched for Mr. Miller from overhead.
