Lincoln Davis honored with highway dedication

A section of State Highway 111 near Byrdstown in Pickett County was recently dedicated as Congressman Lincoln Davis Highway in honor of former U.S. Congressman Lincoln Davis. Davis, a Fentress County native, represented Tennessee’s Fourth District, including Warren County, as a member of the U.S.
