It’s that time of the year again for holiday parties and one of the biggest and best in McMinnville is the upcoming Kids of the Community (KOTC) annual Christmas party. Every year KOTC gathers gifts for children in the area who have been identified as at-risk and tries to ensure they have Christmas presents when they would otherwise go without.
