High school students draw up awards

Congressman Scott DesJarlais recently held an art competition open to all high school students in Tennessee’s 4th Congressional District, which includes 16 counties. The reception honored the top 10 students for this year’s competition. Four Warren County High School students received recognition for their placement in the top 10, including James Blevins Jr, who was the overall winner for his entry titled “Where the Wild Thoughts Are.”
