Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Tuesday in General Sessions Court.

Jason K. Bouldin was ordered to serve 10 days for public intoxication.

Timothy M. Rathbun was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay a $750 fine and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment for possession of meth.

Jeremiah Brimer was ordered to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence and enter the batterer’s program for domestic assault.

Andrew Ty Thompson was released on time served for public intoxication.

Justin Van Fults was released on time served and given 11-29 probation for evading arrest and simple possession.

Arizona D. Moore was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault.

Katina L. Rogers was released on time served, given 11-29 probation and ordered to undergo a mental exam for evading arrest.

Anthony South was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay a $750 fine and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment for possession of meth.

Ricky Allen Thatch had probation revoked and was ordered to have no contact with the victim for attempted assault, resisting arrest, and violation of probation.

Edward Arnold Wagers was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Brandon R. Burleson (30 days), Shane Smith (30 days), Michael Glenn Dalton (90 days), Wyatt Christian Ferrell (probation revoked), Wallace Jewell Rhea (120 days), and Roger Roach (90 days).
