Criminal trial and arraignment dockets were heard on Tuesday by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions Court. Included in Tuesday’s action: 

• Blake McHone was sentenced to 10 days in jail on a failure to appear. He also pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and was assessed a $250 fine, plus court costs. 

• Jessie Lynn Merriman pleaded guilty to passing a worthless check and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to pay restitution and court costs. 

• James Lee Pedigo pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail. 

• A failure to appear was issued against Trisha Dawn Sexton. A new bond was set at $5,000.  She is charged with a violation of probation. 

• Robert William Webster pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 120 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation. These sentences run consecutively. 

• Rhonda Gunter was sentenced to 10 days in jail for failure to report to jail. This sentence runs consecutively to her other sentence.  

• Tommy Gunter pleaded guilty to two driving on revoked license charges. He was assessed a $50 fine on each, plus court costs. He was also sentenced to 10 days in jail for a failure to appear. 

• Stephanie Hope Allen pleaded guilty to vandalism and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, plus restitution. She also pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 48 hours in jail. 

• Hannah Christian had a preliminary hearing on the charge of making a false report to an officer. The court found probable cause and bound her case to the grand jury.  

• Justin Logan Collins pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and was sentenced to 30 days to serve 11 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $50 fine, plus court costs, and stay away from the victim. 

• Derrick L. Duncan pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was sentenced to 60 days to serve 34 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, plus court costs. 

• Elijah Fults pleaded guilty to violation of bond conditions and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 33 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, complete an anger management course, stay away from the victim, and pay court costs.

• James Lee Green waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with domestic assault. 

• Seth Greene had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause to bind his cases to the grand jury. He is charged with violation of an order of protection, domestic assault and criminal trespass.

• Jeremy Albert Hall waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with felony theft of property, attempted theft of property and two counts of forgery. 

• Kevin Seth Killian pleaded guilty to assault and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, plus court costs. 

• Tamirah V. Lance pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, plus extended 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation. 

• Ashli Lazzara waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with possession of methamphetamine.  

• Joshua Keith Ledbetter pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to be served on supervised probation, ordered to pay court costs, have no contact with the victim, complete an anger management course, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment.  

• April Mae Lumbley pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to pay court costs, have no contact with the victim, successfully complete an anger management course, undergo a mental health assessment and follow all recommended treatment.  

• Nicholas Marchbanks pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to successfully complete the Batterers Intervention program, stay away from the victim, undergo a mental health, alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, and pay court costs. He also pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was revoked to serve his sentence in jail. These sentences run consecutively.  

• Amber Mearse pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was assessed a $400 contribution to the drug fund. 

• Jonathan Mendez pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was assessed a $300 contribution.  

• A failure to appear was issued against Jim Mullins. A bond was set at $7,000. He is charged with a violation of probation. 

• Steven T. Myers entered the Second Chance Program. He is charged with domestic assault and was ordered to successfully complete an anger management course, pay court costs, undergo a mental health evaluation and follow all recommended treatment. This matter will be reviewed in February.  

• Cody P. Nabors waived his preliminary hearing. He is charged with domestic assault.  

• Jesse Dewayne Palmer waived his preliminary hearing. He is charged with theft.  

• Joshua Leone Payne pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to 6 months supervised probation, 20 hours of community service, pay restitution and court costs.

• Edgar David Rodriguez pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 16 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, undergo a mental health, alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, pay the court costs and have no contact with the victim. 

• Jeffery Lynn Smith pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.  

• Ronnie Lee Taylor had a preliminary hearing. He is charged with attempted criminal homicide. The Court found probable cause and bound his case to the grand jury. The Court also raised his bond from $500,000 to $1,000,000.

• Juanita Y. Walker pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 48 hours in jail. She also pleaded guilty to vandalism and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to pay restitution and court costs.
