Judge Bill Locke heard an abbreviated video docket on Tuesday for inmates at Warren County Jail. Most in-person court proceeding have been postponed through the end of April due to coronavirus concerns. Video hearings allow the inmates to remain at the jail and not have to travel to the courthouse.

Judge Locke ruled on the following cases.

Roy Douglas Parsley was ordered to serve 45 days for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gregory Ross Smartt was released on time served for violation of probation.

Gregory Ross Smartt will serve 48 hours for domestic assault and violation of bond conditions.

Jessie Stephen Judkins was ordered to serve 30 days for possession of meth.

Johnny Lee Pinegar was released on time served for domestic assault.

Michael Anthony Wright Jr. was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for second-offense DUI. He had his driver license revoked for two years.

Jason Robart was released on time served for violation of probation.

Haskel Carmack was released on time served for failure to appear.
