General Sessions

Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in General Sessions Court.

Keyonna Lashea Bryan lost her judicial diversion and was ordered to serve 30 days for violation of probation.

Evie Leda Comfort was ordered to serve 180 days for shoplifting and violation of probation. She was ordered to pay $1.44 restitution and stay out of Walmart.

Rebecca Danielle Hill was ordered to serve 90 days for simple possession, possession of paraphernalia and violation of probation.

Terry Lee King was ordered to serve 30 days and pay a $250 fine for simple possession.

Leo Webb was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for fraudulent use of a credit card and theft. He must make $1,437 restitution.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Howell Grant Prater Jr. (30 days), Jessica Tees (revoked to serve), Robert Lyle (revoked to serve, but can be furloughed to TN Rocs).
