Trial and Arraignment Dockets were heard in General Sessions court on Thursday, Feb. 15 by Judge Ryan J. Moore. Included in Thursday’s actions:


• Michael Tidenberg waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with sale and delivery of a schedule II drug and sale and delivery of a schedule IV drug.

• Juan Pablo Vanloo pleaded guilty to DUI first offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $600 fine, court costs, 24 hours of community service - litter pickup, alcohol and undergo an drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, attend the victim impact panel and loss of driving privileges for one year. This sentence runs consecutively to any other previously imposed sentence. 

• Becky Elaine Comfort pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 12 days in jail and six month extension to supervised probation.


Trial and Arraignment dockets were heard in General Sessions Court by Judge Ryan J. Moore on Tuesday, Feb. 20. Included in Tuesday’s actions:


• Stephany Burgess pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail and required to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment. Her probation was extended for an additional six months. 

• Daniel J. Coronilla’s bond was revoked for failure to abide by bond conditions. He is charged with driving on a revoked license and DUI second offense. 

• Deziree Lanore Deters was sentenced to 10 days in jail for a failure to report to jail. She was also assessed the court costs. This sentence runs consecutive to her previously imposed sentence.  

• Joseph D. Gonzalez was sentenced to 10 days in jail, plus court costs for a failure to appear.  

• Jared Thomas Gum waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with possession of methamphetamine, two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.  

• Thomas Andrew Lawson pleaded guilty to theft of merchandise and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $75 contribution to the economic crime fund, court costs, and restitution. He is also banned from the victim’s premises. 

• David Kalem Lyle was ordered to pay restitution and court costs. He is charged with vandalism. This matter will be reviewed in August. 

• A failure to appear was issued for Dawn Denise Moore and a bond was set at $5,000. She is charged for allowing dogs to run at large.

• Jennie Northcutt Pleasant’s bond was revoked for failure to abide by bond conditions. She is charged with DUI second offense. 

• Daniel Rembisewski pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to successfully complete an anger management course, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, pay restitution to the victim and pay court costs.

• Mirian Reyes was admitted into the Second Chance program and was ordered to successfully complete an anger management course, ordered to have no contact with the victim and pay court costs. She is charged with domestic assault. This matter will be reviewed in August. 

• Deondrie Lashaun Richards was sentenced to 10 days in jail, plus court costs for a failure to appear.  

• James Traivs Smitty waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with forgery, and felony theft of property.  

• Tyler Anglin was admitted into the Second Chance program and ordered to successfully complete an anger management course, undergo a mental health evaluation and follow all recommended treatment, have no contact with the victim and pay court costs. This matter will be reviewed in August.  

• Melinda May Aramburo pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, plus court costs. She also pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to pay restitution and stay off of the victim’s premises. These sentences run concurrently.   

• Carl Frank Braddom waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with violation of the sex offender registry.  

• Brittany Michelle Brady was admitted into the Second Chance program and ordered to successfully complete an anger management course, undergo a mental health evaluation and follow all recommended treatment, pay court costs and have no contact with the victim. She is charged with domestic assault. This matter will be reviewed in August. 

• Jade Conley was admitted into the Second Chance program and ordered to successfully complete an anger management course, have no contact with the victim and pay court costs. This matter will be reviewed in August.  

• Ronald Anthony Craven waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with evading arrest, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and burglary. 

• Rickey Dodson was sentenced to 10 days in jail for a failure to appear, plus court costs. He was also ordered to make restitution and pay a $500 contribution to the economic crime fund. He is charged with theft of merchandise. This matter will be reviewed in August. 

• Justin Charles Elrod waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with theft of merchandise. 

• Jamie E. Emler waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with possession of methamphetamine, unlawful drug paraphernalia, theft and criminal trespass. 

• Justin Lee Evans pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, ordered to successfully complete the Caring Dads program, and pay court costs. He also pleaded guilty to interference with 911 calls and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 25 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation. These sentences run concurrently.  

• Timothy Joe Fults waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with violation of bond conditions and domestic assault.  

• Elijah Luke Green pleaded guilty to violation of bond conditions and was sentenced to 10 days in jail.  He also pleaded guilty to violation of an order of protection and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, $150 fine, plus court costs.  These sentences run consecutively.  

• William Haley waived his preliminary hearing and bound his case to the grand jury. He is charged with three counts of reckless endangerment, evading arrest, speeding and improper passing.  

• Gavin Joseph Harper pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail, plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to simple possession of Fentanyl and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment. These sentences run concurrently.  

• A failure to appear was issued against Gregory James Leroy and a bond was set at $3,000. He is charged with allowing animals to run at large.  

• Baltazar Jose Palacios Lopez was admitted into the Second Chance program and was ordered to successfully complete an anger management course, pay court costs and have no contact with the victim. He is charged with domestic assault. This case is set for review in August.  

• Johnathan Tyler Lynn pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to successfully complete an anger management course, undergo a mental health evaluation and follow all recommended treatment, and stay away from the victim. He also pleaded guilty to simple possession and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to be served on supervised probation, $250 fine, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment. These sentences run concurrently.  

• Peggy Martin had a preliminary hearing and the court found probable cause to bind her matters over to the grand jury. She is charged with two counts of tampering with evidence, possession of a Schedule IV drug with the intent to resale, and possession of a Schedule II drug with the intent to resale.  

• Robert William McKeen was admitted into the Second Chance program and was ordered to successfully complete an anger management class, have no contact with the victim, and pay $129 court costs. He is charged with domestic assault and this matter will be reviewed in August. 

• Austin Thomas Overman pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail or rehab, the balance on supervised probation, $750 fine, $500 contribution to the drug fund, court costs, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment. 

• Brittany Renee Pedigo waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with criminal trespass and theft. 

• Nichole Dawn Pike waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with assault. 

• Brandon Wayne Rains pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $750 fine, plus court costs, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment. 

• Freddie Lee Roark was admitted into the Second Chance program and was required to undergo a mental health evaluation, follow all recommended treatment, complete an anger management course, stay away from the victim and pay court costs.  He is charged with domestic assault. This matter will be reviewed in August. 

• Rick Shedlock pleaded guilty to allowing animals to run at large and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. 

• John Edward Strayn pleaded guilty to simple possession of a Schedule III substance and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, pay a $750 fine, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment.  Concurrent to the aforementioned sentence, he also pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days, to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $750 fine. Consecutive to the aforementioned sentence, he also pleaded guilty to domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation and ordered to have no contact with the victim. He also pleaded guilty to another count of simple possession of a schedule II drug and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 61 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $750 fine. He also pleaded guilty to another count of possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $750 fine. The last two sentences run concurrently with each other but consecutive to everything else listed.

• Jared Taylor Talbert was admitted into the Second Chance program and ordered to successfully complete an anger management course, pay court costs, and have no contact with the victim. He is charged with domestic assault.  This matter will be reviewed in August. 

• Steven Lee Wade pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, pay a $750 fine, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, and pay court costs. 

• Brittany Chantell Watlington pleaded guilty to a violation of probation and was sentenced to 11 months and 14 days in jail, plus court costs.  

• Donta Weir waived her preliminary hearing and bound her case to the grand jury. She is charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest.
