Traffic arraignment and trial dockets were heard Thursday by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions Court.
Arraignment:
• Bryan Becerra was fined $10 for driving without a license and $10 for speeding.
• Jeffery Dunlap was given an 11 month, 29 day supervised probation sentence and fined $10 plus court costs for unlawful drug paraphernalia. He was also fined $10 for expired registration.
• Dany Sein Flores was fined $10 plus court costs for driving without a license.
• Horacio Gomez Guzman was fined $10 for light law in a motor vehicle and $10 plus court costs for driving without license.
• Justin Lee Goodwin was fined $10 for open container and $10 plus court costs for speeding.
• Mark S. Howell was fined $10 plus court costs for speeding.
• Celso Justo was fined $10 plus court costs for driving while license was revoked, $10 plus court costs for speeding, and $10 for financial responsibility law.
• Osmin Eduardo Lovo Valdez was fined $10 for speeding and $10 plus court costs for driving without a license.
• Lorraine Marcell Nall was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 probation sentence and fined $350 plus court costs for a first offense of driving under the influence. Nall was also ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, complete a victim impact panel, perform 24 hours of community service work, and have her license revoked for one year.
• Alberto Pacheco Negrete was fined $10 for speeding and $10 plus court costs for driving without a license.
• Guillerma Martinez Nieto was fined $10 for financial responsibility law and $10 plus court costs for driving without a license.
• Sasha N. Norris was given an 11-29 supervised probation sentence and fined $10 plus court costs for unlawful drug paraphernalia. Norris was also fined $10 for driving on roadways “laned” for traffic.
• Eloy Moreno Sanchez was fined $50 plus court costs for leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.
• Michael Wayne Saunders was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 probation sentence, balance on supervised probation, and fined $350 plus court costs for a first offense of DUI. Saunders was also ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, complete a victim impact panel, perform 24 hours of community service work, complete an alcohol safety course, and have his license revoked for one year.
• Lukas Rayne Templet was order to complete safe driving school and fined $10 plus court costs for speeding.
• Carlos Enrique Torres Rivas was fined$10 for speeding and $10 plus court costs for driving without a license.
• Jorene Tovar was ordered to complete safe driving school and fined $10 plus court costs for speeding.
• Fredi Antonio Jemenez Vasquez was fined $10 plus court costs for driving without a license.
Trial:
• Dakota A. Bennett was ordered to serve 48 hours and pay court costs for a second or subsequent offense of driving while license was suspended.
• Patricia Gail Cavitt pled guilty to driving on a revoked license and was given 6 months of supervised probation, plus court costs.
• Louie Fleisher was ordered to serve 6 days for a second or subsequent offense of driving on a revoked license. Fleisher was ordered to serve an additional 10 days for simple possession or casual exchange and fined $350 plus court costs. These are to run consecutively totaling 16 days in jail. He was also fined $10 for improper use of vehicle registration and $10 for financial responsibility law.
• Thomas L. Gaines was fined $50 plus court costs for driving an unregistered vehicle on a highway.
• Patricia Ann Holloway had a preliminary hearing for a second offense of DUI. The court found probable cause and bound the matter over to the next term of the grand jury.
• Phillip Meadows pled guilty to driving on a revoked license was ordered to serve 6 days, plus court costs.
• Willie Ray Murphy was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear, plus court costs. He was given an 11-29 supervised probation sentence, plus court costs, for evading arrest. Murphy was also given a 6 month probation sentence and fined $50 for a second or subsequent offense of driving on a revoked license. The probation sentences are to run concurrently of each other.
• Ridge Worth Price had a preliminary hearing for driving on a revoked license, reckless endangerment, and evading arrest. The court found probable cause and bound all of his charges over to the next term of the grand jury.
• Lawrence Ralph was ordered to serve 10 days for evading arrest and an additional 20 days for driving on revoked license and failure to appear. He was fined $50 plus court costs for the revoked license charge.
• Aubrey Matthew Turner was ordered to serve 48 hours and fined $10 plus court costs for no driver’s license. Turner was also fined $10 for improper use of a vehicle registration.
