Sentences were handed down Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court.Included in the morning session:Gregorio Cruz Vanloo was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Jimmy Caldwell was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $600 plus costs for second-offense DUI.Brad Julian was directed to serve 30 days and pay $750 plus costs for possession of drugs and falsifying a drug test.Brandon B. Beard was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must do follow ups with CHEER Mental Health for domestic assault.Johnny Ray Hinkle was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.Bryson Durelle Martin was directed to serve 10 days of a six-month sentence for criminal impersonation.April Daylene Pemerton must pay $50 plus costs and perform 38 hours public service work for violating the compulsory school attendance law by a student.Mica Daun Bouldin must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license and was released on time-served for failure to appear in court.Robert Anthony Jr. must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Jorden Blake Dennis must serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.Bryson Martin was bound to the grand jury on the charge of violation of probation.Tanya Wood must serve 60 days and had her probation extended by a year for violation of probation.
