General Sessions Judge Bill Locke handed down sentences against several during Arraignment Court last week.Included on the morning docket:James F. Summers was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $750 plus costs, and perform 24 hours public service work for theft, possession of meth and simple possession.Cody D. Bouldin was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for criminal impersonation and repeat driving on a revoked license.Thomas Ray Patterson was given a six-month sentence and credited for time-served and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.John Dewayne Allen was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for repeat driving on a revoked license.Lori D. Cagle was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time-served and must make restitution for theft and simple possession.Randy Anderson Kester was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drugs without a prescription.Eric Sumner was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for simple possession and theft.Marquas A. Jones was given a six-month sentence but released on time-served and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Kirby Alyssa Broom had her furlough revoked and must serve the rest of her jail time for violation of probation.Daniel Mark McClure was directed to serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Phillip Eugene Moore Jr. must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.Sarah J. Threlkel must serve 30 days for violation of probation.
