Sentences were handed down this past week by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court.Included in court action:Joshua Earl Mathis was given an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.Lindsey D. McClure was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth.Andrea S. Russell was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for casual exchange of drugs.Shelby Nunley was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.Christopher Ray Hughes was bound to the grand jury on charges of evading arrest, tampering with evidence, possession of meth and introduction of drugs into a penal facility.Chris J. Pohl was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo batterer intervention for domestic assault.Jack Thomas Chisam was bound to the grand jury on the charge of domestic assault. He must serve 48 hours and undergo anger management for violation of probation.Wayne Nathan Jones was bound to the grand jury on the charge of domestic assault.Leslie Claire Farless was bound to the grand jury on the charge of auto burglary.Janna J. Ewing was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.Thomas Allen Ashford was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.Whitney Hawkins must serve 60 days and had probation extended by one year for violation of probation.Wayne Nathan Jones must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Tyler Orlando Ramsey must serve 75 days for violation of probation.
