Sentences were handed down Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court. Included on the morning docket:Tony Eugene Moore was ordered to serve 15 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must undergo anger management classes for domestic assault.Sheena D. Bates was ordered to serve 10 days for violating an order of protection.Kevin Matthew Meeks was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.Aaron Jacob Talbert was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.Marcia Lyn Tucker was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $12 restitution to Walmart for theft.Joseph M. Carroll Jr., must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.Ricky N. Stafford was released on time-served and must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.Mackenley James Romines must serve 10 days for violation of probation.James Allen Lee was directed to serve 170 days for violation of probation.Richard Lee Henegar must serve 30 days for violation of probation.Scott Alan Bell must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.Eric Lynn Anderson must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.William T. Smith must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Zachary Ward was instructed to serve 30 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
