A 45-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in Tuesday’s session:Tracy D. Jennings was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and undergo a mental health evaluation for domestic assault.Jason J. McKeon must serve 30 days and pay $345 for disorderly conduct.Joseph D. Redmon was bound to the grand jury on the charge of domestic assault. He must serve 90 days for violation of probation.Tyson Scott was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, undergo anger management and pay $321 for domestic assault.Roger Newby was bound to the grand jury on three counts of violating an order or protection.Kathy Thomason was bound to the grand jury on charges of assault, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.Scotty I. Hupp was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $1,652 for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license.
