A 45-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in Tuesday’s session:
Tracy D. Jennings was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and undergo a mental health evaluation for domestic assault.
Jason J. McKeon must serve 30 days and pay $345 for disorderly conduct.
Joseph D. Redmon was bound to the grand jury on the charge of domestic assault. He must serve 90 days for violation of probation.
Tyson Scott was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, undergo anger management and pay $321 for domestic assault.
Roger Newby was bound to the grand jury on three counts of violating an order or protection.
Kathy Thomason was bound to the grand jury on charges of assault, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Scotty I. Hupp was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $1,652 for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license. The diversion means he can have his criminal record erased after his probation is finished.
Darrell W. Parson was given an 11-29 probationary sentence, was ordered to attend anger management and must pay $321 for domestic assault.
Jennifer Ham was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo batterer intervention class for domestic assault. She must serve the balance of her former sentence plus 10 days for violation of probation and failure to appear in court.
Kevin Killian was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for resisting stop.
Iverson S. Pace must pay $307 and have his probation extended by six months for public intoxication.
Calonsag R. Nueva must pay $640 for disorderly conduct and having alcohol in a state park.
Samuel Tanner must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
David A. Beard must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
Amy Lawson must serve 10 days for failure to appear in court.
Kelly R. Desmarais must serve 120 days for violation of probation.
Kayla Hickey must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
