A 33-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Arraignment Court. Included in the morning session:Travance Washington was ordered to serve 10 days in jail and was warned to stay out of North Chancery Shell for criminal trespassing.Oliver Anderson, Graham Johnson and Paul Hawkins Jr., were all granted 11-month, 29-day judicial diversions and must pay $250 plus costs for possession of marijuana. The diversion means they can have their criminal records erased once their year on probation is complete.Antonio J. Parker was issued an 11-29 judicial diversion and was released on time-served and must make $218 restitution for theft.Eric A. Carraza must pay $50 plus costs for having alcohol inside a state park.Donna Hendrickson must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.Zachary McBride was released on time-served and must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.Jordan Underwood must serve 10 days and had his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.The remaining cases were set for trial at later dates.
