Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases in General Session Court on Tuesday, Aug. 7.

Ashley May Nunley will serve 30 days for violation of probation. Her judicial diversion was set aside, probation extended by 11 months, 29 days, and she must start alcohol education classes upon release.

Rebecca Wilder will serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for evading arrest, resisting and driving on a revoked license. She was fined $50.

Misty Fults was ordered to serve 45 days for violation of probation.

Dina Northcutt was ordered to serve 100 days for violation of probation, failure to appear, and driving on a suspended license. Her current probation will be extended 12 months. She was fined $50.

Tamara Lloyd will serve two days of an 11-29 sentence for possession. She was fined $750.

John Edward Carter was ordered to serve 30 days for violation of probation.

Jared Dillon Redmon was ordered to serve 30 days and have his probation extended 11-29 for violation of probation.

Brandon Chisam had his probation revoked for violation of probation.

Taliesha Shanae Martin was sentenced to 11-29 probation for shoplifting.

Alma Elizabeth Pack had her probation extended by 11-29 for violation of probation.

Local talent heads to Park

The next installment of The Park Theater’s Local Connection Concert Series is set to take center stage this Saturday, April 5 with Tito Gomez.

The Local Connection Concert Series put on The Park Theater focuses on talent sourced from the community. Gomez began his music career 14 years ago with a local band and has since released his solo album, “Lo Que Habia Soñado,” in 2016. He was born in Los Angeles, California but is well-known in the Warren County community as Victor Gomez.

Saturday night’s show will entail the singer-songwriter’s regional Mexican music, such as “El Oscar” or “Soy Edgar,” which is Gomez’s most popular song on Spotify.

The show begins at 7 p.m. and is expected to last approximately two hours. General admission is $15 and tickets can be purchased on Park Theater’s website, mcminnvilleparktheater.com, by phone at (931) 506-2787 or at its box office during normal business hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. If available, a limited number of tickets may be purchased at the door on the day of the event, while supplies last.
