Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Tuesday in General Sessions Court. Brittany Carlene Fults was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for theft up to $1,000 and was ordered to forfeit her weapon. Michelle Leighann Reno was ordered to serve 30 days and lost her judicial diversion for violation of probation.
