Sentences were handed down Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:
Michael D. Hollis was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for evading arrest, driving on a revoked license and criminal impersonation.
Heather Knight was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of drugs. She must also serve the remainder of time she owes for violation of probation.
Thomas G. Lance was placed on house arrest for 10 days and must stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.
Regan Tanner Muncey was given an 11-29 probationary sentence of vandalism.
Evie Perez was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $75 plus costs and stay out of Walmart of shoplifting.
Anah Perez York was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work, make restitution and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.
Shelley Renea Maples was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo a mental health assessment for harassment.
Jamie Sue Ferrell must serve 60 days for violation of probation.
Richard William Kurtz must serve 60 days for violation of probation.
April Daylene Pemerton must serve 120 days for violation of probation.
Aaron Christopher Smith must serve 60 days for violation of probation. He was also directed to serve 120 days of an 11-29 sentence and undergo the batterer program for domestic assault.
Ethan Chad Weismore must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
Christopher Woodard must serve 90 days for violation of probation.
